So, Maj-Lis was 10 months old last month. I know, but I have gotten in the habit of being extremely behind, so I don't want to disappoint by going outside of my norm. Last month when I took this pic, I walked into her room to get her and she was kneeling against the edge of her crib (it was still adjusted up high.) She totally could have maneuvered her way over the edge. We moved it down and a couple days later I looked at her on the monitor and she was standing up against the rails. ---We adjusted that puppy just in the nick of time! That little girl is getting so big and strong. At 10 months, her favorite things were trying to climb the stairs ( she makes it up the bottom stair and then sits there or falls.) She loves scavenging for food dropped by her brothers (hopefully most of what she eats is food.) She laughs at her brothers and loves bath/shower time---it's her happiest time of the day. She sits almost in the splits to keep her balance while her brothers splash around like maniacs (future gymnast like Shelly?) She does her best to keep up with her brothers as they run around the house. She now pulls up to stand against things like the couch. She is a great crawler, but still resorts to various scooting and dragging methods on occasion. She still has just two teeth, but those top ones are just about there. Her favorite foods are bread, black beans, green beans, oatmeal and anything sweet. Her nicknames of the moment are "crumb, sugar plum, bopper, bopper-doo, missy-moo and plummer." She is still peaceful, calm and has the most beautiful personality. We treasure her as the baby of our family.

At 10 months, she definitely can't sit still. She loves grabbing things and squirming around!

Wow, I can't believe how grown up she looks. I hate making those steps, like lowering the bed. It makes their maturity very real.
LOVE IT! Maj-Lis is all grown up all of a sudden! So cute to compare her and Lucy at the same age! I remember when Lucy would grab the sign when I was trying to take her monthly picture. Next month will be harder...she'll try to crawl away!!!
